I have a pretty cool video game idea for the warhammer 40,000 table top game and although i know how to start a development company i do not know how to get the games workshops permission to use their Franchise, could anyone explain how to do this please?I have a really good Video game idea for Warhammer 40k but i would i get permission to use their Franchise?

You won't and can't. Don't even bother, trust me. Games Workshop is not going to hand over their franchise to a child that will just ruin their track-record.
